Q. How do I begin to use the Service? A. Callers can access this service from any registered phone. You simply call our local access numbers from any registered phone (Typically your home , cell , or business phone). All you have to do is sign up for the service so that you can start using the service immediately Q. How is this different from the Black Pages or Other On-line Directories? A. We fully support the various Black Pages and On- line directories. The major difference is with our service you call from a phone. When you are traveling or in a new city sometimes you don't have access to a Directory or On line site. With our Service you simply call The Black 411 and we provide you the information you need. The Black 411 was designed to over a simple convenient, cost effective way for consumers to find Black Owned Businesses. Q. Do I have to receive my number from a live operator? A. In 2009 we launched a new feature. You can now receive your information via text or e-mail. If our operators are busy when you call you can leave the info you are requesting and we will send you the number to your cell phone or e-mail within 15 minutes of your request. Q. What can I expect when I call? A. You basically provide us with the city you need... the type of product or service you are looking for... and we do the rest...It is that simple!!! |

Q. Is the Service offered Nationwide? A. Yes, we are now a nationwide service We are signing up businesses across the Country!! Q. What is the number we dial in order to use the service? A. We have partnerships with multiple carriers and the access number may vary depending on what state you are calling from. Q. How long will it take for me to receive my access number so I can begin to use the service? A. It usually takes 72 hours to receive your Welcome package which includes the local number you dial to access the service. (Due to the influx of recent orders it may take up to 5 days to receive your code, but we are processing the orders as fast as we can). Q. How are you going to advertise and market the business? A.
